Having worked in the Recruitment industry for over 30 years, we have an extensive database of qualified candidates. We are constantly adding to it, interviewing and screening qualified candidates on a daily basis. When it comes to recruitment, we don’t rely on posting adds on billboards and social media sites. We are active headhunters.  We scan our database as well as seek out new, qualified candidates. Our process consists of conducting an initial period of intake, research, outreach and presentation. All of which involves direct communication and connection with people. We are in the people business! We are assertive, tenacious, but also sensitive and respectful.
